VIP Women’s Coaching Circle: A Metaphorical Journey to the California Coast
Together we’ll travel to the metaphorical California Coast - inspiration, beauty, vibrancy, energy, and awe - in community with a small, intimate, and exquisite circle of women.
Note: unfortunately, we won’t actually be going to California as part of this circle - just metaphorically speaking!
THIS COACHING CIRCLE IS FOR WOMEN WHO:
Identify as both heart-centered and highly driven.
Are creative and compassionate.
Lead with a great love and care for their team members.
Have 10+ years of experience in the corporate world.
Are leading people, projects, and/or teams.
Want to create Expansive Impact within their work and within their lives
Are excited about the possibility of meaningful personal growth in the company of incredible women.
WE WILL EXPLORE THE INTERSECTION OF WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE LEAD, BY FOCUSING ON THESE KEY AREAS:
Values, vision, and voice.
Communication, confidence, coaching, and conflict.

Being the light - for each other, for our teams, and out in the world.
Creating a new way forward - charting the course for what it means to lead with love, in service of a more compassionate and conscious world.

DETAILS
Official kickoff in September; group connection in the months leading up to September.
6 months: September 2021 - February 2022.
Virtual gatherings will be held on Friday mornings (typically 10-12 central, with one session happening earlier in the day), twice per month.
Monthly live virtual gatherings, paired with ongoing resources for self-discovery.
6-8 women max.
