Women’s Coaching Circle: Embracing Seasons
Together we will embrace the seasons both of nature, and of life - change, transition, growth and possibility, releasing and letting go. We will do this in community with a small, intimate, and exquisite circle of women.
THIS COACHING CIRCLE IS FOR WOMEN WHO:
Identify as both heart-centered and highly driven.
Are creative and compassionate.
Lead with a great love and care for their team members.
Have 10+ years of work experience.
Are leading (or have led) people, projects, organizations, initiatives, and/or teams.
Want to create Expansive Impact within their work and within their lives
Are excited about the possibility of meaningful personal growth in the company of incredible women.
WE WILL EXPLORE THE INTERSECTION OF WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE LEAD, BY FOCUSING ON THESE KEY AREAS:
Values, vision, and voice.
Communication, confidence, coaching, and conflict.
Integrity, influence, input, and impact.
IN SERVICE OF:
Being the light - for each other, for our teams, and out in the world.
Creating a new way forward - charting the course for what it means to lead with love, in service of a more compassionate and conscious world.
