There are always certain considerations that go along with the work your leaders actually do, which is why customizing your leadership development experience is so important.
The process starts with a conversation. We may find that a ten-month program for a cohort of leaders across your organization that meets at your company headquarters once a month is the way to go. Or, we may find that a quarterly retreat in the Northwoods of Wisconsin has the most impact. Whatever works the best, I’ll prepare for it, design it, and deliver it with your best interests in mind.
